Tasting Spoon 
The tasting spoon allows the chef to sample a work in progess. The chef dips the large spoon end into the pot, then tilts the spoon so the sauce travels down the groove to the small spoon on the other end, cooling as it travels. By the time it gets there, it's cool enough to taste! The large spoon opening is a bit over 2 inches in diameter, and the smaller one is over an inch in diameter. ALL SOLD OUT!
